These gorgeous Galaxy F renders are based on Samsung's own leaked video
Samsung’s Galaxy F phone looks like it has randomly lost some weight and thickness over the past few months.
Samsung has given us only a very dark, obscured view of its upcoming Galaxy F phone, save for a leaked video of the device that briefly popped up on the company’s Vietnam YouTube channel. To rectify that situation, LetsGoDigital has come up with some renders, which it said are based on the the foldable smartphone in that video from Samsung Vietnam. It’s probably the best look we’ve been given of the device so far.
These are artistic renders that show an unrealistically slim front screen. The phone pictures looks a lot different than the Galaxy F device that was barely shown at the Samsung Developer Conference in November. To be fair, the foldable in Samsung’s leaked video is obviously much thinner. The number of icons shown per row in smartphone mode is also different. Samsung’s November prototype had five icons per row, but the one in the leaked video has four.
The foldable phone in the leaked video also looks much more sleek and ready for launch than the clunky prototype previewed last autumn. Now, from what we gather, the leaked video is supposedly from Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event happening later this month. Therefore, the video could be showing us potential future technology, rather than any real foldable device that Samsung could launch at its event.
Still, if the phone in the leaked video is the upcoming Galaxy F, then these new renders, which are based on that device, are what the Galaxy F will look like, according to LetsGoDigital. It’s nothing concrete, for sure, but it’s certainly fun looking and imagining the possibilities.
